This is a beautiful rug runner BUT I can't get it to lay flat. It came tightly rolled and who knows how long it was before it was shipped to me. It has a rubber backing.and I have turned it over and left it that way, then flipped, then flipped again.
Customer service is poor. I have left several messages expecting a call back and some suggestions and calls haven't been returned. I waited a long time (over 3 weeks) before leaving this poor review as I expected to be contacted.
